Yeah should be good. Would’ve personally preferred Parker or Whyte against Ortiz though

Way I view it is that Whyte will need to be more pro active and Joshua was as he has to put on more of a show.....personally I think he can do it but Parker definitely has some skills and is tricky opponent.

parker will fight a completely different fight imo. I think it will be open and the winner will be the guy who’s chin holds up or a close on points. I’ve never seen Parker even buzzed before so I’ll take Parker via late stoppage or either by split decision. Whyte seems pretty durable as well tbf

Damn. Was looking forward to seeing Ortiz/Whyte. This is still a quality fight but not as exciting.

As I said in my post this morning I heard from very good source a few weeks ago that Whyte Parker was going to be confirmed in a day or so, something clearly happened, and now they have managed to sort it out

Respect to both fellas; 2 of the only guys in the division willing to fight other top fighters to get their shot

I'm impressed with Parker taking a tough fight coming off a loss. I'm leaning towards Whyte but that could be because he won his last fight while Parker didn't. I'll have to watch some footage of them.

Whyte is going to have to get inside and stay there. Hes not winning this boxing with Parker imo.

2 top ranked fighters fighting seems to be a rare thing in hw boxing these days.

So what happened with Whyte vs Ortiz and Whyte vs Pulev? Did he just choose Parker or did the other fights fall through?

I much rather would have watched the Ortiz fight. But parker is a decent name. Hopefully dillian will put on a show but I have a feeling parker will make it a shitfest.

Pulev went to purse bids and dillian would have got around 200k max.

Dillian also has beef with the wbc for fucking around with the rankings and no1 spot. Dillian found another way. Can't blame him tbh.

Both of those fights were going to be eliminators for the wbc and ibf respectively.
He already won the eliminator for wbc then got fcked over and dropped behind brezealle. I think he feels he’s wasting his time and won’t get his shotagainst wilder. I don’t blame him

I don’t think the pulev fight was particularly easy to make so this probably gets him or Parker as wbo mandatory. He seems to be trying to hedge his bets do he can get a mandatory for any if the belts. Fckin joke really. I’m not a fan but I do feel for him.

So who should Ortiz fight now? I would like to see him fight Miller.

Decent fight in terms of rankings and hopefully entertaining. Not sure with Parker though, who I think will win by UD.

At the moment no way should this be PPV in the UK (or anywhere). To the casuals they're only known as Joshua victims, but I have read a rumour there will be a heavyweight, Kell Brook and a title fight on the undercard which will make it more buyable.
