His was gradual. Like most. Maynard went from a top contender to a shot fighter in less than two years.

Not really. Once that chin was found he was getting knocked out like Chuck. The only people he beat after were way past their primes.

BJ-Gray almost happened years ago, but they gave the shot to Frankie, and the rest is history. I would like both to retire (esp. BJ), but I admit that their match-up majes more sense than BJ-Yair or BJ-ButtScootHall
