Text messages, results of the sexual assault examination, witnesses? This was reported on the day it supposedly happened, it's not one of those that she came out after 9 years and claimed it happened.

I can't read the thoughts of the TS, I think he asking why is it so common in comparison to other countries, seems like there are lots of cases, granted the place is huge, they have far more celebs, and the muricans love a lawsuit, but for one or two high profile cases, we are pretty much free of it in England, are we better at spotting golddiggers ? We will agree to disagree. It’s impossible to punish a false accuser the same as a rapist. So a false accuser has less to lose than someone trying to cover their crimes.

I’ve witnessed what false accusations did to a friend. While he starts his life over in career and marriage, his accuser got community service and a fine her parents paid for.

At least if a rapist falsely accuses his accuser, his punishment will be more severe when they are sentenced.
