Stipe is the undisputed HW champ, DC is the LHW champ and nearly 40. DC clearly wants a legacy making fight and this fight has huge upside (and no downside). Both guys will get PPV points and this fight will sell like hotcakes.

Cormier is 13-0 as a heavyweight and 7-1-1 as a LHW.
