Why Europeans leaving their home country for North American, Asian, Australian countries?

I wonder why a lot of Europeans leave their home country and settle to

Canada, US, Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand etc or Australia and New Zealand??

Part of it is because it's so easy to succeed in any other country compared to central Europe.
If you have a German, Austiran, Dutch or Swedish education/apprenticeship and work values.
Making it in the US, Australia or Asia is very easy.

The climate is also better.

How many exactly constitute "a lot"?

I can see how someone would retire in south east asia in order to chill on the beach and still retain a lot of their payments.
Or somewhere in Canada ot Australia to enjoy the alleged "freedom" that comes with lots of space and untouched nature.

Nevertheless, trading in the Scandinavian, German, Swiss or Austrian socialist system for anything else doesnt make sense.
I used to want to move to the US (from germany) until I actually lived there for 1 year and realized its a scam.

Pros/cons for me being US Resident. Basically the fact it is a large English speaking continent with various types of environment...and that each of the states are basically their own mini-country...if the politics actually pissed me off I could just move state without much drama. Plenty of education opportunities and financial aid- in the UK I'd be lucky to get $100 for school let alone thousands.

On the con side the healthcare situation in the US is totally fucked. Oh, and I pay taxes yet if something happens to me I am not entitled to claim anything from the government (not that I ever plan to, just would be nice if I had the same reward as others for paying tax when so many illegals don't).

Lots of established order and money, people go to these places seeking a chance to get ahead or write their own story.

Because of immigration policies.

Immigrants from African, Eastern European, and Middle Eastern countries are ruining the democracy, welfare state and general safety.



Just look at Sweden that has several no-go zones where Sharia law has been established, and where police gets shot if they enter.


4000 criminals on the run in Norway. The government still sends welfare money to their bank account.

Mass rapings in Germany.

Another reason: entertainment and better weather, plus more openess about other cultures. Scholarships internationally is encouraged.

It's a global village these days...to limit oneself to your home country is absurd and closed-minded. It also much easier to get laid in any country that isn't your own. Strange is sexy.
