Why do they keep revealing who wins every episode during commercials?

Starting to piss me off. Alawys between commercials they have a tuf talk preview and it has the fighter that wins telling you to watch tuf talk. Ruins the suspense of the whole fight at the end. What a dumbass thing to do.
