Tony's wins over Barboza and Lee are purely due to them gassing out kicking his ass.

I stopped reading here. Tony Ferguson was full mounted by Kevin Lee. If Khabib had Tony Ferguson on the ground like that he would have a broken face. His will would be gone.

Because Tony was a lot of times on the losing side in his fights but found a way to beat and finish his opponents has an active bottom game and is gritty in the stand up. Khabib is simply bad in boxing and has a shorter reach. Thats why there is a lot of expectations for this to be an even match.

Anderson Silva looked beatable too.... Fully mounted by sub par lutter, easily controlled by Henderson, dominated for 24 minutes by Shael....It took many years for it to happen in the ufc though.

    - I don't know if the fight will be competitive, but if Tony doesn't make it competitive, then no one will against Khabib. You like it or not, from all the LW division, Tony has, by far, the biggest chance of beating Khabib.

    - You may think he is beatable, but look at his resume. 13-1 in UFC, and that loss is due to a broken arm and still it was a decision loss

    - Tony finished guys that Khabib could not finish. Barboza, Trujillo, Tibau lost all by decision against Khabib, but they were all finished by Tony.

    - Tony admitted in an interview that he experiments during fights and that's why he got dropped/rocked. He may be lying, but I believe he is crazy enough to tell the truth.

Imo, Khabib wins, but it will not be as easy as it was against Barboza at all.
    Tony is dangerous!

khabib ducked him the first time around and got rocked michael johnson, so he's not invincible.

Too bad. You could have learned something. Carry on with your "analysis". The grown ups will discuss things you refuse to understand.

Tony Ferguson has gone through a brutal list of opponents..

Khabib has been injured/missing weight for the past 5 years.. his best wins are RDA (before he really improved and had a title run) and Barbozza.. other then that he hasn't faced many dangerous fighters in comparison to Ferguson. I mean hell i'd argue Ferguson beat a better version of RDA and in just as impressive fashion.. (over 5 rounds Mexico).. Same with Barbozza.. sure the first part was competitive but he broke and bloodied him and tapped him out... Khabib had Barbozza beat after one round.. but still couldn't finish him

Ferguson has unbreakable will..Stupid amounts of stamina..crazy chin and unpredictable striking.. i am sure he will get taken down.. but his elbows from the bottom and BBJ is fantastic

Has Khabib ever gone 5? i don't remember

That's why people are excited for this fight. honestly i think Khabib is overrated/has a lot still to prove.. if he dominates Ferguson he will win me over for good though

And Anderson Silva was always beatable.

A fight like his one with Daniel Cormier UFC 200 was expected to happen (where he fights a good wrestler who dominants him) for a long time but never did because of match-ups or poor quality of opponents.

It should have happened except Chael, but a hail mary was thrown. That was another house of cards. It came crumbling down, and then shit got thrown everywhere. Look at him now. Now his entire legacy is suspect due to PED usage.
