Why aren’t Bellator’s top fighters looking to join the UFC like in the past?(Alvarez,Lombard,Brooks)

i thought it was obvious that it was Reebok. Terrible decision by the UFC.

Why is it obvious that they don't want to come to the UFC in the first place?
