Where are this statues located? Are these situated in redlight districts?

And what is the purpose? Is it like some porn? I don't think anyone gets off on that I understand he is a popular president has loyal suporters but I never encountered anyone even the most staunch pro Trump say they like the statue let alone turned on by those.

I ask this because I have some friends on FB who are supposed to be Trump supporters who are sharing post from some pro trump group that seems to be promoting these statues as a way to support Trump. But now it seems those folks are trolling.
