They could sue him for breach of contract, as well as for money lost while he sat out pursuing another job while still under contract with them, as well as brand damages(esp if he loses). They could probably take him for all he is, and/or could/would be, worth.

All they need to do is show the revenue they'd have made if he fought for them as per usual, and the expected losses to the brand after he diminishes the value by losing to Floyd, and at the end of the day even if they aren't asking for hundreds of millions, they don't need to. Legal expenses are fucking crazy, and all they'd need to do to eat his money up would be draw it out.

You do realize a judge can stop him from fighting if the UFC takes it to court right? They've done it to fighters before.
