In all of MMA, I would say Dan Henderson. He wasn't the most technical striker but he had crazy power and knocked out a bunch of people with different strikes. Here's a list of fighters this guy knocked out:

That's an impressive resume of people he KO'ed, he also had an Iron Chin before age caught up to him.

Rumble, Manhoef, and Hendo hit harder than most HW. Relative to weight class I'd say Hisae Watanabe. She flatlined chicks at 105 far worse than Cyborg ever has.

2nd Manhoef. He KOd Hunt with a single shot long before Hunt's chin began to crack. Ironically the other Melvin (Guillard) would be my 2nd pick. His KO of Rick Davis was absolutely insane.

Manhoef hit like a truck because he threw everything he had into each strike. In terms of absolute strength, its hard to argue against him.

That said, I think Rumble might have more natural power, and an ability to get KO's from less clean shots. He has the touch of death to a greater extent than Melvin.
