Who's the best/most insirational fighter to overcome addiction?

Definitely Jon Jones. It only took him ONE DAY of rehab to kick the habit.

where is junie brown in all of this? OP, please find out and let us know

Probably the most inspirational fighter I have ever seen that overcame addiction just fought on a ppv in Delaware and from what the rumor mill is, his elite performance has earned him a spot on any future ppv's he wants.

an update, the most inspirational fighter I know also earned a cut of the ppv

Brock Lesnar was addicted to Coors Light, and look at him now!

Pain pills are harder to kick then heroin trust me,so he's got my vote
False.

Pretty much the same. Heroin is overwhelmingly more dangerous though.

Most of it is laced with Fentanyl these days and that stuff is so potent a piece the size of a grain of sand can kill you.

Wasn’t Means an addict too?

respect to anyone who overcame addiction as I've overcome heroin addiction and it aint easy

Respect. I had a pill addiction myself. And my bro and sis are both recovering heroin addicts. It’s not easy man, that’s for certain.

I feel that MMA takes a particularly strong spirit and immense bravery, as does recovering from an addiction to drugs and alcohol, so naturally I see a trend of recovering alcoholics and drug addicts going into MMA. Who do you guys think is the most inspirational or successful MMA fighter that has overcome an addiction?
Court McGee was desperately hooked on heroin.
