Let's say the man is 1m75 and the women something like 1m65. For the scenario, the man steal hand bags of the women while they were training but they caught him red hand doing it on the dressing room. The man has no issue, he must fight to escape or he'll be caught. The women must fight him and they will because they have very important things on their bags. Nobody have any martial art training.
