Just curious as to who you guys think will be the last fighter left in the UFC when all is said and done who fought at least once in Pride. Started thinking about it after watching Hunt's most recent fight
Remaining UFC Fighters who Fought in Pride: (as far as I know)
HWs
Mark Hunt
Josh Barnett
Fabricio Werdum
Alistair Overeem
LHW
Yushin Okami
Shogun
Little Nog*
MW
Vitor Belfort
Nick Diaz*
Anderson Silva
WW
Robbie Lawler
*not really active but not retired...

Call me crazy, but Nick Diaz will be the last one

Although it will be just one more fight

MElendez and Mousasi who came in at the very end of pride are the best bets.

Shogun seems like the type of guy that won't give it up until late.

Of those listed? I'd say Overeem, Werdum, and Lawler will stick around the longest.

Hunt's already talking about retirement.
Melendez has only been fighting once a year since 2014.
Shogun has only fought once a year since 2015.
Overeem is younger than Werdum but has more miles.
Lawler probably wont return for another year and by then he might feel like hanging it up.

If Mousasi returns, I'd say him, otherwise I think Werdum.

Reem will never hang them up.

I will guess nick Diaz. He’s not that old and doesn’t fight often so his body will hold up. I could see him fighting once every few years for the next 10-15 years

Logic dictates that Diaz and Lawler have 1 or 2 good fights in them. The rest of them need to retire now, sadly.
