That was preparation for the Jose Aldo fight ya idiot. it wasn't to impress anyone.
 
They were sparring. Actually, they were mostly just fucking around. Anyone who tries to analyze sparring videos as if it's a real fight is the problem. Not posting the video. He posted it because that guy is on Game Of Thrones and Conor knew people would get a kick out of it.

It was in preparation for the Nate Diaz fight. He needed to spar with a guy 5 times bigger than himself.
