Who use Namman thaiboxing liniment

    I bought some hoping it would help my old joints. Don't find it strong enough in the heat department. Smells nice but that's it.

    I use it one my kids when they have pain in their legs due to growth spurt...they say it helps.

    It's not magic but it does seem to help a little with warm up and post workout soreness.

    My wife hates the smell. I don't mind it. Make sure you shake it well before use and rub it in thoroughly.

    If you get sore muscles from workouts or sessions at the gym (fighting or conditioning) you can put this stuff on beforehand over those same areas and it will keep them from getting sore much so you can keep going. That's its best use for me.

    The other stuff like Tiger balm or even icy hot or things like that also work but are more expensive sometimes.
