Due respect to Goldberg, I don't know how you can put him the list. He didn't have the longevity, was over because he got the biggest push in company history while he was still green, and sometimes injured other workers unnecessarily. He had a great look, was exceptionally athletic, and had his share of signature moments, but not Rushmore level.

simply put, he was the biggest star they had during the monday night wars. he was massively popular and their answer to Austin

the WCW mount rushmore is basically just

    Hogan
    Flair
    Sting
    Goldberg

I don't want to put Goldberg but I feel that I would have to.
    DDP

Honorable mention goes to Lex Luger.
If Ricky Steamboat and Vader had been there for the Monday Night Wars, one or both of them would have been a lock.

He was only really over for about a year, though. And that's in spite of all the hype WCW was giving him. Guys like DDP, Dusty, Booker, or a few others would be more deserving of the fourth spot IMO.

You could make the argument for Dusty, but I feel hes more "NWA", but the others no, and I am not at all hating on them

Booker T is great and was the only other star they really made besides Goldberg

DDP, love the guy and hoping he is offical for the HOF this year

but neither of them were anywhere near the level that Goldberg was. He was over for longer than a year too, otherwise the crowd would not have popped as much as they did when he returned vs the rock was it in 04 or so? Remember that fucking POP for when he picked Hogan up for the jackhammer? that shit was defeaning and a defining image of WCWs hay day. Booker T and DDP never came close to having one of those

Goldberg cant wrestle out of a paper bag, I care not for what hes up to these days....but if you think of WCW, his name comes waaaaaaaaaaay before most people will ever mention DDP or booker

I'd replace one of them with Jeff Jarrett because you know, he was their most popular superstar and everybody needed to get smashed in the head with a guitar!
