Admittedly, I'm an older guy and I don't always understand newer trends.
So what does "Featuring" actually mean in songs these days? This guy, David Guetta seems to have tons of song featuring other singers or himself, but it looks like he's just a DJ.
Does "Featuring" allow someone like him to get song title credits where previously he'd be left out?
I like a lot of the songs, but I've didn't really pay attention to this since I listened on Pandora or Spotify. But I'd wondered who he was, since his name kept popping up.
So, I decided to check out the songs on YouTube and holy fuck, is this poor guy awkward. After 7 or 8 years of making these videos, why hasn't someone said something to him.
