Arnold was good for his day but he'd be laughed off the stage these days. If were going the bodybuilding route, I'd go with early Flex but that's just my opinion.

Arms too short, thighs too big (he probably waddles around and gets out of breath walking up the stage stairs. As a matter of fact, this guy is way too big for his frame. He most likely has low mobility everywhere and probably doesn't carry this size all that gracefully like Arnold did.

HGH gut seems suspect as well
