Save the last two rounds after khamzat apparently broke his wrist, who else from 185 and under can do what khamzat did to usman?

Usman is insanely strong and had a 97% takedown defense prior to that fight (highest in ufc history) and khamzat threw him around with ease

The Khamzat hype is pretty wild. I’m a fan but the guy is completely untested.

The realities are, Usman is a 170lbs that took the fight on 10 days notice and similarly, Khamzat would get ragdolled if he fought a 205’er on 10 days notice

Current Usman? It would still take an elite wrestler like Khamzat to do it.

There is a parallel here with Usman as well, I doubt he would've ragdolled a prime Woodley like he did to the aging version....

Perhaps he would've still outwrestled him, but not like THAT.

No wrestler keeps their wrestling as elite by the time they are that old, it just doesn't happen. Even Mark Madsen is getting taken down at will in recent fights.

DC is about the closest thing to keeping up his wrestling because he was still effective in his late 30s, which is rare, but when you look at him in his prime it was clearly at another level.

Not to mention this was a short notice fight.
