Who are the best Leg Kickers to the Head?

Some that come to mind are TJ Killashaw, Barboza, Whitaker, Machida, Cowboy...

TJ and Whitaker are very good at setting up their roundhouse kicks off of punches, they almost disguise their kicks in punching combinations and slip them up before the opponent sees them.

Where as Barboza relies more on lightning speed and the threat of leg kicks to get his head kicks up.

Who else are great kickers to the dome in MMA today, and what approach do they mostly take?
