My daughter is after a decent DSLR camera. I've been advised to go for either a Canon or Nikon.
I'm thinking between these:
Canon EOS 7D Mk II
Canon EOS 6D Mk II
Nikon DX D500
Nikon D7500.
Any advice or other recommendations?

She's basically an amateur photographer but looking at getting more serious.

I’ve had the d500 for over a year and it delivers. Faster FPS and better battery life.
7500 has a built in flash but if your daughter is going to learn about flash photography she’ll want it off camera anyway.

I agree with the D500 out of those listed.

How old is she? If she's fairly young and just getting her feet wet, the Sony mirrorless are cheaper and nice too. I have a full frame Nikon D750 and a Sony Nex. The Sony is like 5 years old but still takes really good pics for a small camera. You can also get an adapter for it and stick on a bunch of old, cheap, but excellent lenses from Canon and such. You usually to have manually focus them, but it makes it interesting.

Choosing between Canon and Nikon is really a matter of personal preference. I prefer Canon, only because it is what I have used the most. Having said that, I think the Canon lenses are superior.

Can u guys post a pic of your dslr camera please.
