Probably Pacquiao's win over Cotto considering the weight class Pac started at and how much smaller naturally he was than Cotto. The Oscar win doesn't count. Oscar was drained at 145lbs and looked like a zombie.

Big drop off to number 2, but I’d probably go with Canelo.

Define active. I think RJJ is still fighting, so I'd pick him as #2 to Pac, him or Toney, who might also be still fighting. I'm not sure if JLC has officially retired either.
