Where to buy custom winning gears?

I was trying to buy some winning gears on rakuten global(America-ya's store) earlier. But it said his store is temporary unavailable. Does anyone know what happens to his store? Or is there any other place to order custom winning gears? Thank you.

koboudo rakuten. Actually, if you're in soCal, Kazumichi of Winning-USA does custom orders. Some people don't like dealing with Kaz, but I think it's a great experience if you have time. Custom colors will be 30% above listed price for items, and if you want any truly custom options it'll be an additional fee.

If you're not in soCal, I would say don't try to do custom orders with Kaz. Don't try to call or email. I would only try that stuff in person.
