When Volkov got deep throated by the Black Beast

Interestingly - This is NOT the title of an upcoming "adult film". I was wondering why Volkov stopped the fight on his own and noticed that Black Beast was parrying and stuck his fingers down Volkov throat.

It's crazy how this was never discovered by the "truck"/production crew. They said "He accidentally poked him" - " "Good sportsmanship by Volkov" - "He's saying he fish hooked him". "He's pointing to his mouth", etc. if you want to go look yourself.

Has anyone else noticed this? Volkov looks like he has a webbed cheek!
