I picked pasta, but I really like rice too. I grew up on rice, and my body seems to respond to it better.

I eat rice almost every day. It goes with everything. Can't do the same with pasta or potatoes.
No calorie concerns I’m on pasta 100%
Trying to stay slim I’d go for the potatoes.
However, since i live in HI I’m eating rice all day.
Bread > all
Fresh baked bread beats the ever loving shit out of fresh any other carb.

Potato but when I'm having a cheat day, pasta.
Bread in a landslide for me.
Distant 2nd is pasta, followed by rice and potato.
Beans and potatoes, though I am quite a fan of the others.
