What is it exactly? Is it a special type of grip or just a normal fold over grip?

Ive never heard it being called a "Gable grip" in wrestling though, so thats why im asking.
Granby is a highschool thats been very successful in wrestling for a while. Their head coach, a while ago, taught his team the "granby roll"... which is a reversal. Its kind of risky but ALOT of average wrestlers dont know how to counter it well.
Im not from the granby school, i just thought it would be a cool screen name here.
