The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest theme song was incredibly good! From a composer's perspective, it was absolute fire! Really good for a kid's show.

The most over the top 80's one is probably Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, I believe that's Dick "in a world" Fontaine doing the intro as well, nobody else could say "saw boss" like that.

Lots of great ones, and hard to compare some of them. I voted for Xmen, but i love Xmen and Duck tales for different reasons.
The Xmen theme song got me absolutely hyped to watch that show when I was a kid. Duck Tales and TMNT, Gummi Bears..etc..those are great, but because they're catchy and fun to sing along with
