If he is not doing steroids that is impossible because as long as he passes his test or anybody else he is not and never has been on them.
Dana likes PED's because of the performance increase, more performance more interesting to the public and mo money.The UFC has never
done anything for a failed test it is the commision. Look at Lorenzo Fertida at his age do you think he is clean? They don't care about PED use
they just say they do to keep the heat off of them.
