Shift hips to a side, drop weight, then do a two on one "scoop" with both your arms against the side you hip out on. If you do this quick enough and with enough force you typically push one arm up so far that he can't control you enough to take ya for a ride. This one is admittedly more preventive in that it works if he hasn't quite pinned your arms completely.....and that he doesn't know enough to transition to something else...You can also drop your weight, hook a leg and push his hips, make it a dog fight....For what it's worth, it's a legit technique for a bigger guy, same thing can be said for the rape choke.
