I used to work out every day with dumbells, situps, pushups, running, etc, just basic stuff and havent done it for 3 years (except when i went on the dolce diet). I just started again 7 days ago and wondered what you guys think i should eat? I eat like 3 apples a day, a couple salads, lots of yogurt. I just dont want to overdo myself. The first day I lifted my arms were useless for 3 days straight. I have never gone this long without working out and jumping back in seems pretty brutal so far.
