For me, it's a toss up between ET and Empire Strikes Back ; though probably gonna give the nod to ESB. You have: Hoth Battle, Imperial March, Falcon escapes the fleet, Yoda's Theme, Han gets frozen, Han/Leia Love Theme. Too much good stuff.

My single favorite song in all of the Star Wars films is "Duel of the Fates," so The Phantom Menace gets my nod.

Arguably the greatest film score composer of all time.
 
the music actually made the film more sinister,and terrified a generation .
 
Hard as fuck, but star wars has way too many.
