Here in the UK , the establishment go to the ends of the earth to cover up all ethnic crime against the white population.

What explains the differences in sentencing for all people that get caught?

Suppose that only 20% of white potheads get caught because they're apparently very discreet about it [which contradicts my own experiences from smoking with white friends on Long Island btw].

Suppose that about 50% of black potheads get caught because they're not very discreet about it.
