While a bunch of UFC rejects (and non-HWs) fight it out to see who's "champ" in Bellator... Plenty of UFC HWs who have never fought for the title (like Ben Rothwell) could win Bellator's tournament.

Lewis winning it would look worse than Brock beating Lewis in his first title defense. At least all of Brock's losses were from guys who were Top 5 HWs at the time.
