In 1880 the average American male was 5'7'. Today he's 5'10". There's hope for future manlets like us. @Pugilistic @Zer

The concept of "immortality" is frightening. If we're talking about reversing the aging process through genetic engineering, what about overpopulation? We have serious issues with overpopulation as it is, and unless we figure out how to colonize the solar system and beyond, that problem could one day become a much bigger problem.

If we're talking about downloading our consciousness into a machine, no thanks. I will pass for sure. What would that even be like? Would you still be conscious even when the machine is turned off? What if no one turned you on again for 1000 years?

Probably physically less developed than now. Due to sitting 16 hours per day on average and laying down the other 8. Has to cause in serious spine/posture effects in 1000 years.

As for development... Probably a bit more intelligent, but mentally much less capable, just look at the rate of psychological problems grown in the past 50 years - every girl I know has been on anti-depressants at one point or another, everybody claims ADD, Sherdog has flawless 1:1 ratio of registered users and diagnosed autists and the list goes on...

Can't see any of that going better any time soon considering our sources of information (Google, News) are filled with ads that further distract us.

EDIT: Forgot to add.. people are probably going to look much uglier as well, considering how many ugly people are mating these days. It used to be the survival of the fittest and only best genes were passed on.. these days any fat cow can get pregnant by just opening Tinder.

It's going to be a dark and a sad time, tbh.

Chemical pollution will make it so future humans will be born with male and female genitals, especially if the government limits how many kids you can have and you always choose to have sons.

People who live in tropical climates will evolve to have less pubic hair and arm hair and leg hair. People who live near the North and South Poles will be hairy all over.... assuming global warming doesn't melt all their environment.

    Just gayer.

It'll be harder to find a straight man than a fucking pearl in a mermaids cleavage.
