What is the stated punishment within their contract? Surely 1 of them, Lauzon, Spicely, knows specifically.

Spilling the beans is pretty much sealing themselves out of any shot at fighting in the UFC. Other orgs will also treat the person with contempt because they are a loose canon and can not be trusted to keep quiet on things like salary, locker room bonuses etc
