What is the stated punishment within their contract? Surely 1 of them, Lauzon, Spicely, knows specifically.

Non-disclosure agreements are governed by contract law. Unlike other areas of the law and subject to a few exceptions, contract law does not provide for penalties. Even a party that willfully and intentionally breaches a contractual obligation will not be punished for it by the court. Instead, the non-breaching party is entitled to sue for damages. Damages are usually measured in one of four ways:

1) Expectation damages
2) Restitution damages
3) Recovery Damages
4) Disgorgement

Terrific first response. Thanks.

why spill the beans? you will get sued for all you have, never be welcomed in to the UFC, and be known as a rat everywhere you go for the rest of your life

I know a coach for one of the winners of TUF Latin American 1 who spoiled on his personal Facebook the fighter was going to advance to the finals before it aired on TV...

Blanket party.

Probably some kind of fine.

Jesse Taylor told people he was going to be in the TUF finale and they replaced him lol.

Sued for a couple billion dollars and Sherdog loses their UFC credentials.

UFC will have a new fight to change the outcome. The real winner will still get contract of course. The snitch will be deemed a liar and banished from every organization ever.

lose-lose for snitch and win-win for UFC. You don't mess with uncle dana. The house always wins.

You know Dana he will probably be real chill about it

I'm pretty sure it was his drunken rampage at a hotel and kicking out the window of a limo that got him booted.
