As the title says ....

What happen to the lawsuit a few fighters had against the UFC ?

Nate Quarry , Chung Le and Jon Fitch to name a few were apart of it.

UFC probably built an iron castle of top level lawyers. Doubt those guys have enough financial power to challenge UFC

UPDTAE ...Big News This Friday...

This Friday is the most important event in MMA history. A summary judgement hearing will be held in Las Vegas. This is the moment that we will find out if the Anti-Trust class action lawsuit filed against the UFC will be thrown out or if it will go to trial. The lawsuit was filed 3 years ago by myself and several other named plaintiffs and we are representing all UFC fighters that competed from 2010 to present day. We feel we have a very strong case and victory is certain. There are no guarantees in life though. With such a big moment coming it’s bizarrely silent from the press core. How are they not covering this?

Because it's been three years and mma hot topics only last a week. Litigation is way too boring for mma journalists to cover regularly.

they have time to make best of lists

....maybe MMA journos are afraid to risk reporting news that paints the UFC in an ugly light.

A bunch of salty has-beens and never-was who feel entitled to more things then they agreed to.

There's some salt prolly but they want to make it more like a sport than WWE where everything is arbitrary.

It's been 3 years and we're just now going to find out if it's going to trial. Do you really think that is going to hold people's interest? Has nothing to do with painting the UFC in a bad light.

If it gets thrown out, then it is worth reporting on. Until then, no, the ongoing details are not going to interest most people. As someone who works in the industry, it's boring as shit to me let alone to casual people who don't even understand what's going on.

Casuals don't read MMA news anyways. The details of what they are trying to do are complex, yes, but interesting. There's no journo explaining it so it's left to mma fighters. If someone could facking explain it well hardcore fans would be interested.

Maybe then there will be news to report. As of now there’s nothing newsworthy.
still a journo could fly out to vegas and get in the court room as they do if someone is facing a commission.
