Total Calories: 6,249 Carb/Fat/Protein: 592/297/248
This total does not include the onion rings, wing sauces, and dipping sauces. Calories were probably closer to 7k with those.

Carbs were a little higher than I aim for. Usually avoid the sweet potato fries and try to limit the cheese. Unusual for me to eat cheese twice a day.
