He had mount!
There is nothing more he can do in mount in Pride.

Judging fights as a whole. I can tend to be a little cherry-picky in regards to fights like GSP/Hendricks and support the GSP win by saying he won rounds but know also that if judged as a whole, the fight would have been different.

What other examples are there of fights that would go another way if rounds were not treated as if they were separate fights?

They didn’t judge fights as a whole.
They just gave guys much more consideration for trying to finish, and especially for coming close to finishing.

Dan Henderson vs Ninja Rua is a good example.
Ninja dominated 95% of that fight. But he got rocked and almost KO’d at the end.
That decision was like giving Condit the nod over GSP, as Condit caused severe damage and almost finished GSP for about the same amount of time.
