What does all the color coding on here mean?

Lots of user names are in different colors. When I post my name is white. And I know if you are yellow you have dubs. But what of the other colors?
AND, when you see the names of who is reading the thread, there is a few different colors there as well. I just saw one that was purple. I never seen that one before.
