It basically depends upon other factors too
More estrogen is directly related to longer limbs and more estrogen can be the result of more testosterone in younger people.

Arms are the first part to grow in puberty and also they require less energy. Malnutrition is one of the factors in inhibiting child's growth but there are alot of factors such as asthma(not directly, by inhalers), stress, less sleep etc.
The longer the arms are, almost similar should your height be.

This is also seen in people having klinefelter syndrome(Male born with extra X chromosome, aka XXY), which means they'll have higher estrogen and they also have weird ass long arms and legs and this is also one of the main symptoms used to identify this syndrome as well.
Since some children produce large amounts of testosterone, this gets converted into estrogen and that can also cause arms and legs to become long. Also, this may be the case with Jon Jones as he takes estrogen blockers and this indicates that he may has higher levels of estrogen naturally(not sure tho)

Brock is 6'2.5 and we had them plenty of times side by side on TUF not so sure about the shoes but overall he had like an 1 inch on Brock.. so something like 6'3.5 is probably a correct guess.

On the reach I'm not so sure plenty of fighters that are relying on striking tend to 'cheat' on them measurements that's what their coaches teach them and be sure ass hell the UFC "stats team" ain't one for precision that's for sure.

I am 6'5" and have an armspan of around 79" (or 6'7") and am long limbed and broad shouldered. All these UFC stats are inflated. Jones 84.5" reach? Doubtful. Tim Sylvia is under 6'6", and Travis Browne is 6'5". My guess is that UFC doesn't have a regulated measuring system, they just ask the athletes and like most men, they inflate their stats.

Nope, it's only an advantage in certain spots. It is a disadvantage in others. And most of the fighters who are tall enough to have a big advantage have all of the disadvantages that come with being tall....think slower reaction times, awkward movement, and hand-eye coordination that doesn't allow for one to actually utilize longer reach. Stefan Struve has been fighting for a long ass time. He is a kickboxing and jiu jitsu specialist and he for the entire life of him will never be able to "use it to their advantage"...it is impossible, he is just too wonky.

First thing first, Brock is 6'2 not 6'2.5 . You know he was listed by NFL and also on celebheights.com, a website that has experts specifically for this thing.
