What do you think Joe Rogan meant...?

On the recent episode of JRE featuring John Danaher, Joe says something along the lines off "we should talk about it off air" in regards to the downfall of Johnny Henricks. He laughs it off and I'm curious to what he's alluding too. I assume PED's. Anyone shed some light?
