I'm trying to get an idea of what Denver is like.
I keep getting reports about how Denver is the fastest growing metropolitan area of the US.
Is it more urban or more suburb?

Funny, I was just talking about this last night.
According to '90s DJ Quik they wanna be lyke Compton.

But nowadays, it's jus lyke Florida

Denver is pretty big. Maybe like a chicago suburb in the mountains. I havent been there in 10 years though

It's large, it sprawls over a large area, there arn't many tall buildings.

Basically a lot like many big cities in the mid west.

Except weed is legal, there are some good MMA gyms, a lot of music festivals, and you can get to Boulder and other smaller cooler cities.

Denver is high altitude so it is different than most american cities, I had similar altitude sickness in Mexico as I did in Colorado, you are also closer to the sun.

I thought that was Houston. Anyways in terms of climate I believe Almaty in Kazahkstan because of the elevation. Mexico City is about 7K ft above sea level while Denver is like 5K ft.

Actually Ulaanbaatar is close to 5K ft above sea level.
