What angle do you keep your back foot at?

Whats your style?

Why do you prefer it that way?


I keep mine out to the side alot to get max power on the cross, it also feels more solid to push off.

I find with toes forward you can push forward more easily but if you push forward too hard the ankle collapses , also a less powerful cross.



How do you keep the front foot? Dead forward or in a little bit? Why?
 
Front foot pointed at the target, rear foot at 45.
 
front foot at 0, back foot at 45, knees slightly bent, thighs tightened.
