The constitutionality is irrelevant a this point. It was only a TEMPORARY 6 MONTH travel ban to implement an improved vetting program.

You need to demonstrate a clear threat for it to be constitutional if you want to implement a ban on specific countries, or it just has to be not specific and target all travel.
