Economy Weird tax idea, choice over spending???

This seems like a horrible idea. There are thousands if not millions of things our tax money goes toward. I cant imagine a system that would function well while allowing taxpayers to democratize the budget.
Vote people in that share your interests. Thats how you dictate where your taxes go.

I enjoy choice. But does that mean if you sucked more money out than you paid in, do you still get to vote?

Wouldn't the gov't just use better euphemisms to disguise their intentions?

International Infrastucture Development = bombing a country far away.

Collaboration of Resourses = bombing a country far away, then rebuilding it piece by peace.

Democracy Enhancement = bombing a country far away, then promoting the leader you want to take iver that country.
