You clearly haven't been following this story. The vast majority of the women who have come forward tell tales of rejecting sexual advances from Weinstein. Only a couple (McGowan, Argento) have claimed rape. All the others say he tried to grope them or tried to kiss them or pulled it out and started beating the meat in front of them and they left. I'm sure many actresses have slept with HW or others like him to get ahead but they aren't the ones speaking out.

She doesn't want to be with him and doesn't want to go in his room, but she's scared to actually say no. He knows this and keeps at her, dropping hints about how famous he is, etc. Hes using his power to chip away at her defenses.

People judge too easily. I'm sure most people see something going on in their line work but wouldn't say something that get them black-balled from their line of work FOREVER.

Guys in finance (funds mgrs, VCs, Hedgies, retail, institutional deal guys, M&A) related work often partake in debauchery as soon as they hit $200,000/yr income. They act like they are pulling $2m a year. Girlfriends on the side and hookers with no fucks given.
