OK so heres my situation and what I want to do... I am 6'1" 215 lbs 24 years old. I have kind of an athletci build but could be better. I have been training BJJ for almost a year now and I am beginning to work on my muay thai as well. In the next few months I would like to do an amateur fight but dont know how to get in shape for it. I want to get down to a cut 185 lbs but be bigger (more muscle). What kind of weight training program should I use? Do any of you use a program off of the internet or something you could show me? What do you do for conditioning? What supplements do you guys reccomend for my goals?
