Anyone find that stat really crazy? Moose will be only his 3rd orthodox opponent he's faced... and the other two were Munoz and Sakara.

The Chris got this via fighting an orthodox opponent. @IBeLurkin

I'm pretty sure Bongfeldt was also orthodox.

In hindsight it's still somewhat surprising that he had so much trouble with Rockhold's check hook.

I actually went back to watch a couple of his fights and he's mostly a southpaw but I can't really confirm 100%.

Lol that check hook that Rockhold used to spam. He actually had good timing on it but it was because opponents would be outside of his kicks when they'd charge into his range and he'd hit them with it.

But it was so predictable that even Bisping figured him out which says a lot about how bad Luke's boxing is.

Is there an abnormally high amount of southpaws at middleweight? That seems like a ridiculous, and very-nearly unbelievable fact.

You know Joe, Rich Franklin actually trained to be a south paw even though he's right handed.

I'm right-handed but have always preferred a southpaw stance. It feels more natural to me for some inexplicable reason.

Cool thread by the way. As an MMA fan, I should learn to pay more attention to which way guys are standing - obviously a significant factor in any given fight and deserves attention.

I always thought it was a good idea to get used to fighting from both sides, it gives you twice as many options.
